The Scottish Ambulance Service West Region Team cover Argyll, Clyde, Dumfries and Galloway, Lanarkshire, Ayrshire and Arran and Glasgow. Do you live in one of these places? Then maybe you can help us?
We want to hear from the public we serve. You don’t have to have used the Ambulance Service before, you just need to want to help us to make improvements to our service moving forward.
We want to ensure that we are giving our patients across the West the best possible care and that we are meeting their needs and expectations. This is where you can help.
We want people to work with us as part of our ‘Patient Focus Public Involvement’ (PFPI) group to ensure the voice of patients and the public is heard in everything we do. We will meet up to four times per year (for about three hours). This will be in a central location somewhere in the West.
Whether or not you’ve used the Scottish Ambulance Service before – emergency services or Patient Transport – you can help us shape what we do in the future.
We cannot pay for attendance, but we do pay agreed expenses.
We pride ourselves on being a caring and proactive service and we need your help.
