The Health and Wellness Hub are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Management Team in the role of Development Manager.

The Development Manager will lead on their work as Community Solutions Host in the Airdrie Locality, support the development of new areas of work within the charity including the Carer Breather Funded Befriending Programme, and work with the management team to contribute to accessing grant funding and identifying new and building on existing social enterprise activities.

The main duties of the role involve: 

• Taking a lead role in the development of other new services and further develop existing services that deliver social impact and/or generate income.

• Seek opportunities to further develop and promote the role of the organisation.

• Develop and maintain effective networks and partnerships with stakeholders and those in the local and wider community.

• To ensure the organisation is presented in an appropriate and professional manner to its stakeholders.
