Getting Better Together Shotts Healthy Living Centre have an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking, motivated Social and Wellbeing Advisor to join their SPRING Social Prescribing Programme on a part-time basis.

Social Prescribing empowers people to take control of their health and wellbeing through referral to a non-medical Social Prescriber, who will give time, focus on ‘what matters to me’ with the person and take a holistic approach, connecting people to various groups and services for practical and emotional support.
