Delivery of this Strategic Plan is supported through VANL’s funding and through sound leadership, operational planning, financial and people management, monitoring and evaluation, learning and continuous improvement.

VANL is currently funded to deliver this Strategic Plan with core grants from the Scottish Government Third Sector Unit and North Lanarkshire Council. VANL also receives funding from Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire to support management and evaluation of the “Community Solutions” programme on a rolling annual basis. VANL also receives funding from a variety of other sources to deliver specific project work and actively seeks additional funding on an ongoing basis.

If VANL receives a reduction in funding, it will review the scope, scale and pace of delivery and adjust its plans accordingly.
