Do you trade goods or services and reinvest income into a social or environmental purpose? Are you looking to grow your income and build long-term sustainability? Or are you new to social enterprise and keen to learn more?<br><br>If so, this session is for you.<br><br>Social enterprise is about more than fundraising. It\u2019s about operating in the marketplace and using that income to deliver meaningful community impact, combining strong business practice with a clear social purpose.<br>This session brings together those involved in, or interested in, social enterprise across North Lanarkshire, whether already trading, developing an offer, or just starting out.<br><br>At this first meeting, participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explore what social enterprise means in the local context<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hear about a proposed membership model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn about priorities for the next 6\u201312 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review a draft Terms of Reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discuss how to move forward collectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A range of supporting documents are available, including proposals on purpose and direction, membership options, a development plan, and a draft agenda.
