North Lanarkshire Partnership

The North Lanarkshire Partnership (NLP) leads community transformation through collaboration. By uniting key partners such as the Council, NHS, and local services, NLP focuses on improving wellbeing, creating economic opportunities, supporting mental health, driving climate action, and empowering communities to influence local decisions.

North Lanarkshire Children's Services Partnership

This partnership fosters collaboration between public bodies, the community and voluntary sector (CVS), young people, and families to achieve this vision. It ensures the delivery of the right services and support, in the right place, at the right time, as outlined in the North Lanarkshire Children’s Services Plan.

University Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire

By addressing health inequalities and promoting prevention, HSCNL provides person-centred, effective care. The partnership brings together staff from the Council, NHS, and voluntary sectors, with active involvement from service users and carers.

North Lanarkshire Community Justice Partnership

The North Lanarkshire Community Justice Partnership works to reduce re-offending and improve community safety. Through the North Lanarkshire Community Justice Outcome Plan, the partnership brings together public bodies, including the Council, Police, NHS, and other key organisations, alongside community and voluntary groups, to support victims and prevent re-offending.

Community Solutions Programme

The Community Solutions programme aims to improve health and wellbeing by investing in and strengthening community and voluntary sector organisations. It focuses on enhancing services, supporting volunteers, and fostering collaboration to create a positive impact within the community.

Other Partnerships

Several partnerships support joint working across North Lanarkshire, including the Glasgow City Region for economic growth, the Lanarkshire Green Health Partnership for physical and mental health, the Lanarkshire Resilience Partnership for emergency planning, and the North Lanarkshire Volunteering Partnership, which strengthens volunteering through collaboration with community and statutory organisations.
