VANL is currently recruiting two Consortium Leads to help support and strengthen community and voluntary sector networks across North Lanarkshire.
These roles play a key part in enabling local collaboration and community-led activity. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting local consortia of community organisations
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships across the third and statutory sectors
- Supporting the management and distribution of the Locality Activity Fund
- Enabling local decision-making and community-based initiatives
We are recruiting for the following posts:
- Consortium Lead (East) – Airdrie, Coatbridge & The North
- Consortium Lead (West) – Motherwell, Bellshill, Wishaw & Shotts
