VANL’s Volunteer Team is currently looking to connect two skilled finance volunteers with local charities and community organisations that could benefit from additional support.
Both volunteers are keen to gain further practical experience while making a positive contribution to the third sector in North Lanarkshire. They can offer flexible support with a range of finance and administration tasks.
How could they help?
Available support includes:
- Bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- Finance administration
- Budgeting support
- Financial reporting
- Reconciliations
- Expenditure monitoring
- Management information
- General finance-related tasks
One volunteer has an HNC in Accounting and is currently studying towards an HND, while the other holds qualifications in Management and Accounting and Business Analytics and brings more than three years of finance experience.
Who is this for?
This opportunity is open to charities and voluntary organisations across North Lanarkshire that would benefit from additional support with financial management, administration or reporting. Both volunteers are available on a flexible basis and are keen to support organisations while developing their skills and experience.
