Voluntary Action North Lanarkshire (VANL) wishes to support our sector to be an effective employer and support fair work practices for their employees. Fair work practices include:

• fair recruitment practices for prospective employees
• fair pay - at least at real living wage rates
• fair opportunities for fulfilling work and advancement
• respect for employees with opportunities for employees to express their views
